Artist Bio

Elizabeth Moore Golding is an impressionist artist who mainly paints oil portraits from live models but also uses pens and watercolour for sketching and plein air works. Her painting style is distinctive using a sketching technique to begin. Of her artistic approach she feels that treading lightly, being observant and not overworking pieces produces a pleasing result.

Elizabeth has been awarded many times and been a finalist in many competitions. Her works are held locally and overseas.

"

I can only imagine what losing a precious baby can be like for the parents and family. If through producing a thoughtful and sensitive artwork of their child I can provide some comfort in the grieving process, I would like to think that I had fulfilled a need.
